Which languages can I apply in?
For our German roles, German or English. The Head of Business Development DACH, GTM and Business Growth Manager DACH and Account Manager posts say so.
Do you hire remotely?
Most of our roles are hybrid, and each post states its work mode and city. Our India roles are on-site in Gurugram, and our Luanda role is on-site at the client. No role is fully remote right now.
Do you share salaries?
Yes. Our posts outside India state a gross salary range for the role. Our India posts state a competitive CTC.
Do I need a cover letter?
Every post asks for your CV plus one short role task. The Head of Business Development DACH and Account Manager posts say no cover letter is needed.
What happens after I apply?
A screening call, an interview, a paid task, a meeting with future colleagues plus references and, if we are a match, an offer.
