Account Manager, Client Coordination (m/w/d)

Great agencies don't lose clients over bad ideas. They lose them over missed calls, vague briefs and surprises on the invoice. You will make sure that never happens at UnFoldMart.

As one of the first Account Managers in our German office, you will be the trusted daily contact for DACH clients, and the bridge to our design, development and SEO studio in India. You translate what a client needs into work our team can deliver brilliantly, and you make sure it arrives on time.

What you will own

• The relationship. Weekly calls, status updates, reviews, and the hard conversations when they're needed
• The brief. Turn German client input into clear, specific English briefs for the delivery team
• Quality. Check every deliverable before the client sees it: if it isn't right, it doesn't go out
• Scope and timelines. Plan projects, manage change requests and keep everyone honest about dates
• Growth. Spot the next project inside every account and bring it to the table

Your first 90 days

• Days 1 to 30: Meet the delivery team, learn our process, take over your first accounts
• Days 31 to 60: Run your accounts independently, with clean reporting and zero missed dates
• Days 61 to 90: Bring in your first upsell or extension, and improve one part of how we run client work

You will thrive here if you

• Have 3+ years as an Account or Project Manager in a creative, digital or marketing agency
• Speak and write German and English fluently
• Have worked with remote or offshore teams across time zones, and enjoy it
• Stay calm when a client is unhappy, and fix the problem rather than the blame
• Like structure: your to-do list is always up to date

Bonus points: branding, packaging or website projects; Asana, Jira, HubSpot or Zoho; a third language.
