Sit next to the decisions

UnFoldMart is opening offices, hiring leaders and entering new markets across Europe and Asia, all in the same year. The Director needs a sharp, fast, trusted partner to make it happen. That's this role.

You'll work on whatever matters most this month: a new country launch, a pricing model, a leadership update, a key hire, a partnership. You'll learn more in a year than most people do in five, because you'll see how every decision gets made.

What you will own

• Strategic projects. Research, model and recommend: new markets, new services, pricing, partnerships
• Execution. Turn decisions into plans with owners and dates, and chase them until they're done
• The operating rhythm. Leadership meetings, KPIs, weekly reporting and follow-ups across our offices and markets
• Communication. Leadership updates, memos and internal announcements
• Special missions. Step into a gap when a market or a project needs someone fast

Your first 90 days

• Days 1 to 30: Learn the business inside out, build the leadership KPI dashboard
• Days 31 to 60: Own one market launch or strategic project end to end
• Days 61 to 90: Run the leadership operating rhythm, with the Director spending less time chasing and more time deciding

You will thrive here if you

• Have at least 2 years in strategy consulting, a fast-growing startup, or an agency in a strategy or ops role
• Write clearly and build a clean spreadsheet model without being asked
• Turn vague problems into structured plans, quickly
• Are discreet with confidential information
• Want to run a business one day

Bonus points: German, French or Dutch; experience launching a new market; comfort with AI and automation tools.

What you get

• €55,000 to €70,000 gross per year, plus an annual bonus
• Direct mentorship from the Director and exposure to every part of the business
• A clear path into a leadership role in operations, strategy or a country team
• 28 days of paid leave (German legal minimum: 20 days), plus public holidays
