Junior Account Manager, Madrid

Madrid · Full-time, permanent · 1+ year · Spanish at C2 level, English fluent · Reports to the Director

Work mode: Hybrid

Start your agency career on the international stage

Most junior account roles mean one market, one office and one kind of client. This one doesn't. You'll work with brands in Spain and across Europe, alongside a design, web and marketing studio spread over several countries.

You'll keep projects moving: clear briefs, on-time delivery and happy clients. In return, you'll learn how a growing international agency really works, fast.

What you will own

  • Client coordination. Daily contact with Spanish-speaking clients: calls, updates and follow-ups
  • Briefs. Turn client input in Spanish into clear English briefs for the delivery team
  • Timelines. Track tasks, deadlines and approvals so nothing slips
  • Quality checks. Review work against the brief before it goes to the client
  • Reporting. Status updates, meeting notes and project records
  • Support. Help senior colleagues with proposals, presentations and new client onboarding

Your first 90 days

  • Days 1 to 30: Learn our services, tools and process, shadow live client projects
  • Days 31 to 60: Run day-to-day coordination for your own set of clients
  • Days 61 to 90: Manage a full project from brief to delivery, on time

You will thrive here if you

  • Have at least 1 year in account management, project coordination or client service, ideally at an agency
  • Speak Spanish at C2 level and write and speak English fluently
  • Are organised and reliable: your notes are clear and your follow-ups are on time
  • Are curious about branding, websites and digital marketing
  • Ask questions early instead of guessing

Bonus points:
a third language, Asana, Notion or HubSpot, an internship at a creative or digital agency.

What you get

  • €26,000 to €32,000 gross per year
  • International clients and colleagues from day one
  • Training, feedback and a clear path to Account Manager
  • 30 calendar days (22 working days) of paid leave as set by Spanish law, plus public holidays

How to apply

Send your CV (Spanish or English) and three lines on why you want to work in an agency.

UnFoldMart welcomes applications from everyone, without discrimination of any kind.
