Lead our most important APAC relationships

From Singapore holding groups to regional consumer brands, UnFoldMart's APAC clients trust us with their identity, their websites and their growth. We need a senior account lead who makes every one of them feel like our only client.

You'll own key accounts end to end: the relationship, the plan, the delivery and the growth, with our design, web, SEO and performance studio behind you.

What you will own

• Key accounts. Be the senior day-to-day lead for our most important APAC clients
• Account planning. Quarterly plans, reviews and roadmaps that keep clients ahead
• Delivery. Brief the studio clearly, protect timelines and check quality before anything reaches the client
• Growth. Turn delivery into renewals, upsells and referrals
• Commercials. Scopes, change requests, estimates and on-time billing
• New business support. Join pitches for APAC prospects and help close them

Your first 90 days

• Days 1 to 30: Meet every client you'll lead, audit status, risks and opportunities
• Days 31 to 60: Account plans agreed with each client, delivery running on schedule
• Days 61 to 90: First upsell or extension signed, and a client health score in place

You will thrive here if you

• Have 5+ years in account or client service management at a creative, digital or marketing agency
• Have led senior client relationships and grown accounts in value
• Are confident with scope, budgets and commercial conversations
• Work well with remote delivery teams across time zones
• Stay calm and solution-focused when things go wrong

Bonus points: branding, website or performance marketing projects; experience across Southeast Asia.

What you get

• S$72,000 to S$95,000 per year, plus a performance bonus
• Senior client ownership and a direct line to the Director
