Own Austria for UnFoldMart

Austria's brands are ambitious, export-minded and design-conscious, and most are still underserved in AI search, performance marketing and modern packaging. We want to be the agency they turn to.

As Business Head Austria, you'll build UnFoldMart's business in the country: winning clients, building partnerships and growing revenue, with the backing of our DACH leadership and an international studio.

What you will own

• Revenue. The Austria growth plan and pipeline, agreed with the CEO DACH
• New business. Open doors with brands across FMCG, D2C, tourism, industry and tech
• Key accounts. Lead the most important Austrian client relationships personally
• Partnerships. Chambers, industry networks, platforms and complementary agencies
• Local presence. Events, panels and a reputation in the Vienna marketing scene
• The team. Shape and hire the first Austrian team as the business grows

Your first 90 days

• Days 1 to 30: Learn our services and case studies, map 75 target accounts in Austria
• Days 31 to 60: First meetings and proposals from your network
• Days 61 to 90: First Austrian client signed, and a 12-month plan agreed with the CEO DACH

You will thrive here if you

• Have 8+ years in agency, consultancy or B2B services, with deals you personally closed
• Have a strong network among Austrian marketing and brand decision-makers
• Speak German at C2 level and work comfortably in English
• Combine a hunter's drive with the patience to build long client relationships

Bonus points: experience across DACH, export-focused brands, tourism or industrial clients.

What you get

• €85,000 to €110,000 gross per year depending on experience, including the 13th and 14th salary (paid in 14 instalments). The minimum salary under the collective agreement is €5,026.60 gross per month (14×); we pay above it depending on qualifications and experience
• A bonus of 20 to 25% on Austrian revenue
• 5 weeks (25 working days) of paid leave as set by Austrian law, plus public holidays
• A founding role with real ownership and a full international studio behind you
