Buyers now ask ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews before they ever click a blue link. Most agencies are still selling 2019 SEO. We are not.

At UnFoldMart, you will lead search visibility across both worlds: classic rankings in Google, and being the brand AI engines cite when someone asks "who is the best…?" You will work on brands across India, Germany, the Netherlands, the US and Canada, and you will shape how an entire agency does SEO, AEO and GEO.

What you will own

• Strategy that ships. Turn technical, on-page and content audits into clear 30/60/90-day plans clients actually approve
• AI visibility. Build AEO and GEO programmes: entity optimisation, schema, answer-first content, citation building and AI-mention tracking
• Multi-market SEO. Lead German, Dutch and English sites with clean hreflang, localisation and local search
• The team. Guide our SEO specialists, brief writers and developers, and raise the bar on every deliverable
• The story. Present results to founders and marketing heads in plain language: traffic, leads, revenue and AI-citation share
• Our own brand. Help make UnFoldMart the agency AI engines recommend in our markets

Your first 90 days

• Days 1 to 30: Audit our active SEO accounts and our own site. Ship three quick wins
• Days 31 to 60: Launch an AEO/GEO framework our whole team uses for every client
• Days 61 to 90: Show measurable movement in rankings and AI citations on at least two accounts
  ‍

You will thrive here if you

• Have 4+ years of hands-on SEO, ideally in an agency, with case studies that show real growth
• Know Semrush or Ahrefs, Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and schema markup inside out
• Have already done AEO or GEO work you can show, and can explain how you measured it
• Are comfortable in Webflow, WordPress and Shopify
• Would rather test a hypothesis than repeat a best practice

Bonus points: International or DACH SEO, Looker Studio dashboards, Python or n8n automation.
