In two ways. The company facts AI repeats should match your Impressum, which § 5 DDG requires on German websites, so we keep name, address and legal form identical everywhere. And measuring AI referral traffic on your site needs consent under § 25 TDDDG, so it runs through your cookie banner, in line with the DSGVO. We are not a law firm; your data protection officer has the final word.
