Frequently asked questions

Before you book a call.

UX design is how a product works: structure, flows and how easily people finish tasks. UI design is how it looks: layout, type, colour and components. We do both, starting with UX.

Not always. We start from what you know and suggest the smallest research that answers open questions; it usually prevents costly rework.

Yes: WCAG 2.2 level AA is our default, specified in the designs. Full conformance also depends on the build, so we review it with your developers.

Yes: our app development team, or your developers with our design review. Projects are led by UnFoldMart from our international offices; calls in English.

Typically: research 1 to 3 weeks, flows 1 to 2 weeks, prototype and testing 1 to 3 weeks, UI and design system 2 to 6 weeks. Ranges, not guarantees.

Pricing is custom: it depends on screens, research depth, platforms and timeline. After a short brief and a free call, you get a written estimate.
