Frequently asked questions
Before you book a call.
How do you access our accounts?
Read-only access for the cloud review. For build work, named roles with only the rights the task needs. Every action is logged, and you can revoke access at any time.
Which clouds do you work with?
AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud. If you already use one, we work in your accounts. If not, the cloud review recommends one in writing.
Can you work alongside our own team?
Yes. We work in your repositories, your team reviews our changes, and each part is handed over with documentation.
Do we need Kubernetes?
Often not, especially early on. Managed services are simpler to run. We recommend Kubernetes only when your workload needs it.
Do you offer night and weekend support?
Yes. Night and weekend support for cloud systems is available as part of ongoing support; we agree the details on the call.
Can you migrate us without downtime?
Usually customers notice little or nothing, thanks to staged moves and a rehearsed switch. The plan says honestly whether zero downtime is realistic.
How much does it cost?
We don't publish prices. After a short brief or a free 30-minute call, we send a tailored quote. Your cloud provider bills infrastructure separately.
Do you help with NIS2 or DORA?
We build and document infrastructure so you can evidence access control, logging, backups and recovery plans. Whether the rules apply, and compliance overall, stay your responsibility.
