Role Overview

We are looking for a Video Editor who is highly skilled in AI-driven content creation and modern video editing. This role requires hands-on experience with AI video tools, short-form content creation, and performance-focused editing for digital platforms.

The ideal candidate understands how to combine AI tools, creativity, and marketing goals to produce scalable, high-quality video content.

Key Responsibilities
‍

AI Video Content Creation

• Create video content using AI tools for avatars, voiceovers, scripts, and visuals
• Convert text, blogs, and prompts into engaging AI-generated videos
• Use AI tools to scale video production while maintaining brand quality
• Stay updated with emerging AI video and content creation tools

Video Editing and Production

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for ads, social media, and websites
• Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, captions, and CTAs
• Perform color correction, basic grading, and audio enhancement
• Repurpose long-form videos into reels, shorts, and ad creatives
  ‍

Platform-Specific Optimization

• Optimize videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and paid ads
• Adapt content into multiple formats (9:16, 1:1, 4:5, 16:9)
• Create hook-driven, high-retention videos for performance marketing
  ‍

Creative Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams
• Understand briefs, brand tone, and campaign objectives
• Suggest improvements using AI-driven workflows and automation
  ‍

Skills and Qualifications

Mandatory

• Proven experience with AI-based video and content creation tools
• Hands-on expertise in tools such as:
  • Synthesia, Pictory, HeyGen, Runway, or similar AI video tools
  • AI voiceover and script-generation tools
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent
• Experience editing performance and social media videos
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Preferred

• Experience creating AI avatars and talking-head videos
• Knowledge of generative AI workflows (ChatGPT, image-to-video, prompt engineering basics)
• Familiarity with CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools
• Agency or performance marketing experience
